Webcast Producer

The Opportunity

INSINC is looking for Webcast Producers to join their growing team. As a member of our production team you will be responsible for a variety of webcast events. As a Webcast Producer you will be responsible for all onsite setup incorporating A/V and IP technologies. You must have extremely high standards in demanding quality of production and be able to work collaboratively and effectively with clients and other suppliers. Desired Profile

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or previous 2 years Webcast experience
Ability work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Willing to work hard, show initiative and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Ability to “be on call” and work flexible hours when required
Ability to work as a team member or project leader when necessary
Attention to detail and taking pride is an essential trait
Must be able to multi-task
Must be a team player

Experience

Strong knowledge of windows operating systems and networking
Experience with Streaming Media technologies such as Windows Media and Real Media
Experience with Windows server administration
Experience with Windows Media Services administration
Experience with Windows Media Encoder v9
Experience with Audio Visual equipment such as audio mixers, microphones, video cameras
TCP/IP networking
Costing, writing proposals, creating specifications
Communicating with co-workers, customers, service providers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve problems, provision services, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML
Creating and maintaining documentation
