RealPlayer® and Windows Media™ Player Help

Video Freezes or is Choppy?
You may not have enough bandwidth to support your chosen connection speed. Please start the webcast again and choose a slower stream speed. Full-motion video requires at least 37kbps of available bandwidth if you selected the 56kbps speed and 80 kbps if you selected the 100kbps speed.

Audio Sounds Scratchy, or Inconsistent?
Make sure you have the appropriate media player installed on your computer. Make sure your speakers are turned up, and connected, and your connection to the Internet is active.

Behind A Firewall?
Occasionally, our visitors have trouble viewing streaming media content because they are behind a corporate firewall. Please consult your systems administrator to eliminate this problem.

Media Player Firewall Information
You will need to either connect to the broadcast site from outside of the firewall or ask your MIS department to open port 80 which supports audio & video streaming.
